The Nines hotel is a perfect setting for a haunted mansion themed event, lending it's white glass chandeliers to the eery feel and look. White branches with black crows lined the hallways guiding guests into the main ballroom where a huge haunted mansion backdrop drew everyone's attention.

Inspired by the classic game of scrabble, this Hack set came together like a perfect triple word score! Working with our partners at National Event Pros we developed a custom look for the screen surround, prize tables, and amazing "price is right" style prize wheel, with an oversized scrabble game playing a central role in the event space. GAME NIGHT!

A VIP fundraising luncheon took on the "airs" of Paris with strategically placed fountain, cyprus trees, stone columns and pedestals creating quandrants of seating throughout the room. And of course Paris is not complete without an Eiffel tower as the focal point!

This camping themed gala for the Children's Cancer Association included glamping tents, fresh cut pine trees, PNW inspired centerpieces, and (our personal favorite) a custom-built, fresh greenery chandelier, all to help accentuate this year's theme - The Outdoors are Calling!

This NXNW inspired event boasted Portland flair! The event, and it’s 600 guests took over the entire plaza level at the Hilton Downtown. Custom 3D event logo photo op welcomed guests, while local bands provided hip entertainment. Food truck facades and brightly colored food carts offered festival inspired food. A custom four sided bar topped with a bicycle, gave a nod to the popular Portland cycle scene. A floral crown making station, henna artist, chain saw artist, and typewriter poet provided artistic entertainment in the "art room” and tented lounge areas gave guests a place to chill out. To complete the event, a silent disco station, graffiti wall, glowing bistros and more lounge furniture completed the "tech room” which transitioned to the late night after party. #Furniture #Games #Lighting #stagedecor
