  • Portland Trail Blazers Playoffs 2017

Another exciting year in the Playoffs with our Portland Trail Blazers. This year we brought back the same great Blazers spirit with a fresh look and feel for the Rose Quarter. Die cut aluminum towers, large scale graphic wraps, and new LED pixel technology created an exciting environment for the fans before the game.

  • Concordia Awards Gala 2017

“Storytelling” was the theme of this amazing annual awards ceremony for Concordia University. Working with their creative team, we developed a 12’ tall story book that was used as a video mapped, projected surface, allowing the show content and the stage scenery to work seamlessly together. The book also worked as an entry point for guest speakers when, to the surprise of the audience, the massive book rolled open for speakers to pass through! We love working with our friends at Concordia and the exciting challenges they bring us every year.

  • Spirit Mountain Casino New Year's Eve

We’re looking forward to an exciting 2017 and what better way to ring in the new year than a party at the number one tourist destination in Oregon: Spirit Mountain Casino! A nearly 10’ tall, “2017” marquee sign featuring 65 individual bulbs, was the main focal point for the event. With fun lighting and bright colors we helped our client raise the energy level and create excitement for the big event. Happy new year everyone!

  • Game On Employee Party

One of our biggest events of the year is this annual employee event with over 1,000 guests at the Oregon Convention Center. The theme for 2017 was “Game On” with an evening full of activities that catered to all ages and interests. We reached out to our extensive team of industry partners to bring in the newest and hottest in gaming and entertainment: Arcade gaming featuring four person Pac-Man Battle Royale; Virtual Reality, Casino Gaming, Air Brush Artist Station, and an impressive selection of Glowing Games.

  • Moroccan New Year's Eve

We helped bring Morocco to Lucky Eagle Casino for their annual New Year’s Eve bash this year. The event space was transformed with colorful drape treatments in shades of red, purple, and gold. Guests were able to enjoy tented structures with palm trees at each food station, and flaming “pots of fire” created a dramatic backdrop for the belly dancing entertainment. Colorful table linens were accented by mosaic lanterns, palm leaf arrangements, and tropical bouquets displaying exotic floral.

  • Perkins Holiday Party

The new ballroom at the Portland Hilton was decorated in blue and silver for the Perkins Accounting holiday party. The winter event included an elegant chiffon ceiling treatment over a beautiful skylight, and an eye-catching drapery treatment comprised of four layers of fabric, lighting, and crystal beads created a backdrop for the DJ and framed the windows for guests to enjoy the nighttime city view. Our white lounge furniture provided soft seating for guests, accented with silver pillows in a variety of textures. Happy Holidays!

  • Fall Engagement Party

There is no better way to celebrate a wedding engagement than throwing a party! We were excited to transform the Embassy Suites ballroom into a beautiful Autumn backdrop for this lovely couple. The ceremony began with rich stage draping in tones of cream and gold that created the perfect photo opportunity for the soon-to-be bride and groom. The reception stage was inspired by simple yet bold elegance with bright lavender uplighting, gold textured columns, and floating orbs filled with votives candles and red rose petals. The look was continued throughout the room with red roses and orange calla lilies adding a pop of color to each table.

  • Slalom - "Come Fly With Me" 2016

The Museum of Flight in Tukwila, Washington was turned into a “Come Fly With Me” holiday bash for Slalom Consulting this year. It’s not every day we get to decorate a museum, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The main bar was a throwback to the Golden Age of Flight by making guests feel like they were “checking in.” The clocks displaying times in cities around the world in which Slalom has offices was a smash hit! Over a hundred light fixtures illuminated the museum’s unique collection, filling the entire space with an amber glow.

  • NWUCA Holiday Party

This year NWUCA’s Holiday Gala was inspired by the rustic beauty of the Pacific Northwest. A chalet arch accented with cedar garland and a white resin deer head was flanked by live evergreen trees and large clusters of natural branches, bringing the outdoors to the Hilton’s Grand Ballroom. Eclectic plaid runners were paired with centerpieces grounded in tones of white and cream, each accented with fresh noble fir greenery. Happy Holidays!

  • Lithia Motors Conference Reception

At this reception for Lithia Motors, we were asked to create a space that embodied the Lithia brand. Our design was a clean and modern look that included custom, die cut aluminum glowing towers featuring the company’s logo in a stylish step and repeat. A glowing graphic collage wall created an impactful backdrop for the stage, promoting the themes of the conference as well as branding. Guests were encouraged to mingle and explore the space with a carefully selected mix of modern furniture, set to promote movement and social interaction. The event was a great success and we look forward to working with Lithia again soon.

  • Holiday Exhibit

While most of our work is in special events, we can build exhibits too. When the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) asked us to help design and build their holiday exhibit, we couldn’t have been more excited! The exhibit was a gingerbread sculpting competition, with an outer space theme. We worked with our industry partners to create a one of a kind environment that looked good enough to eat. The grand entry arch, whimsical candy tree, and gingerbread rocket ship presented an exciting challenge in design and fabrication. We thank our friends at OMSI for the opportunity. Happy Holidays!
